In Kari's presentation, she speaks about her own journey of learning to recognize limiting beliefs and patterns and the harmful effects that they have had on her own life, which includes blinding her own success. She will follow up with a brief discussion of seeing everyday life, full of pockets of success. Lastly she'll finish up with a recognition of the successful women in her audience and invite them to begin recognizing the success that they have, so that they might begin to enjoy the rewards of who they are in JOY and in LIFE. 

Three takeaways we can expect to learn?

1. We all have limiting beliefs but they no longer have to define us.

2. By recognizing our daily successes we open the door to attract more success.

3. Success starts with loving yourself and living from a place of that love.

Kari Romeo is a holistic life coach, healing arts practitioner, motivational speaker, mindset seminar facilitator, and an author living in Coeur d’Alene Idaho. Her life and travels have taken her through many careers, including work as an Air Force officer, and management of a retail store, property management office, and a restaurant. She has also served as human resources manager, change agent, and more. Kari earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Administration and a master’s degree in Human Relations; she is a decorated veteran of three military conflicts and has lived in Europe and Central America for many years. She has studied multiple forms of coaching and healing arts modalities combining all in a very holistic way. Kari’s passion is helping people heal personal fears and limiting beliefs to reach their highest potential.
