September 2021 Lunch - New Braunfels

Join us for our September meeting!  We welcome first time visitors and members from any Polka Dot Chapter - if you've been a guest or your membership is inactive, join or renew today and join us for this fun and informative meeting!

We are delighted to be having our meetings at the New Braunfels Food Bank.  This facility is gorgeous and the food is delicious.

Speaker Bio:

Stacey comes from Melbourne, Australia and has been in health and fitness for over 20 years with qualifications both here and in Australia. Stacey and her husband moved to New Braunfels in Oct 2018 to support her husband's aging family and has found NB to have an amazing community of strong, vibrant, wonderfully talented women. Stacey's business brings the science of food, nutrition and exercise into real life focus with an emphasis on practicality and enjoying life.

One of the programs at the New Braunfels Food Bank is a culinary school - our meals are provided by them each month and are delicious.  When you register, please choose one of the following options - make a note in the comments area of the reservation:

• Hardwood smoked honey turkey breast with swiss cheese sandwich with chips, fruit, cookie
• Hardwood smoked ham with provolone cheese sandwich with chips, fruit, cookie
• Gourmet chicken salad on a croissant with chips, fruit, cookie
• Tender roast beef with cheddar cheese with chips, fruit, cookie
• Salad (please specify vegetarian or if you would like a protein added)

Must RSVP by Thursday September 16th to get a meal. Beverages - water and tea will be provided. Cost is $11 and can be paid with cash, check or venmo at the event
