October Speaker: Sarah Michelle

Sarah Michelle is a Brand Strategist and Identity Evangelist. Sarah helps business owners articulate who they are, and how and where to tell people. Her mission is to sweeten the world by ending identity crisis. With over a decade in the brand and marketing space, Sarah brings her professional experience of agency marketing, global internal marketing, and entrepreneurship, as well as her personal experience of navigating personal identity crisis. She is passionate about finding the sweet spot between personal and professional, and consults nationally with solopreneurs, business owners, and C-Suite leaders.

Sarah is the CEO of HoneyMAP, a comprehensive roadmap that connects your core values to your core audience through brand identity and marketing strategy. She also hosts the C-Sweet community, a membership platform for business owners to find all the insights they need to navigate the personal and professional challenges of running a business, and hosts C-Sweet retreats, a weekend to work on your business so that you can enjoy working in your business. She is the host of the Successful(ish) podcast and she speaks and consults nationally on topics like branding, identity, and redefining success.

We all have that voice of doubt. We can't get rid of it, but we can talk back to it. In this talk, I share my personal story of being freshly divorced from an emotionally abusive relationship, and how I learned to talk back to imposter syndrome and become a successful business owner by redefining success and recognizing the steps I was taking to figure it out.
