February 3rd - HYBRID Lunch Mtg- Speaker: Shulamit Ber Levtov Topic: What are mental health KPIs? And what does mental health have to do with business?

Lewes Chapter Hybrid Lunch Meeting 11:30 am EST

(10:30 CST; 9:30 MST; 8:30 PST)

Our hybrid lunch meetings are on the 1st Wednesday of each month and we plan additional DOT events to engage our membership!  Please register and spread the word for others you know would benefit from this network.

Come learn, network and be inspired with other area professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs and visionaries.  Our chapter is made up of amazing, action-forward women who are positive, energetic collaborators.  We have an active Leadership Team; opportunities for members to join our volunteer Support Team; and we are always welcoming feedback on how to improve our processes and practices.

This meeting is a hybrid format to meet the need of as many members as possible.  We have space for 9 in person and 21 on zoom. Register early and comment whether you are zoom or in person. You will receive the zoom link in your confirmation after registering.  An agenda and a list of attendees will be emailed to you before the meeting.

Please join us a few minutes early so you can mingle before we start. Be engaged and have your camera on.  We want to see you.

  • Know that we are adhering to CDC restaurant guidelines to provide a safe space for us to gather.
  • Facemasks are to be worn at all times except when eating. A disposable mask will be offered should you forget yours.  Thank you for respecting this request.
  • If you experience signs of illness, have been in close contact, or cared for someone with pending/positive COVID-19 test, please stay at home and take part virtually.
  • Due to ever changing regulations, if we need to cancel the in person part of the meeting, we will send out an email the day before and everyone can be virtual.

Speaker: Shulamit Ber Levtov    Topic:  What are mental health KPI's?  And what does mental health have to do with business?

Shulamit Ber Levtov (Shula for short) has over 18 years of experience working in the field of mental health and personal growth. She has logged thousands of hours helping hundreds of women and men recover from stress and trauma. Today, she works as a mindset consultant helping women stay sane as they ride the emotional rollercoaster of running a business. An award-winning entrepreneur and experienced speaker, Shula brings a unique perspective and approach to supporting women in business, and has been a guest on podcasts including Small Business Boss, Fearless, The Biz Podcast and many others.

Riding the entrepreneurial rollercoaster is hard on your mental health. Just like there are key performance indicators (KPIs) for the health of your business, there are KPIs for your mental health as a businessperson. In this talk, Shulamit will help you identify your mental health KPIs and outline a mental health plan, because strong business women are stronger with support.
