Our amazing guest speaker, Anna Jennings, is a certified Intermittent Fasting and Life Coach.  She is an Air Force veteran, former Corporate Executive and an Entrepreneur.  Anna is an avid reader, tennis player and paddle player but her great passions are her family and to help women improve their health and well-being.  She likes to stay close to people who feel like sunshine.
 
Learn to ride the wave of time to good health and well-being at our October meeting with Anna.  Good health is more than just the absence of illness.  It is more than just not being sick.  We need to learn to move, nourish and rest our bodies in sync with nature's rhythm.  When we get in step with our body's natural rhythms we can maximize our energy, vitality and longevity while improving our health and well-being.  

Our meeting is from 11:30am – 1:30pm with open networking starting at 11:00am at the Kennett Square Golf and Country Club. Come early to catch up.

The cost to attend the meeting is $26 CASH which will cover your delicious lunch.  You will be asked to pay upon arrival. Please help us out by letting us know if you will not be able to attend within 24 hours of the meeting. We do have to commit to the # of meals that register and will be charged for the no shows & cancellations without 24 hours notice.
