Join two ladies who are experts in their fields as they prepare you for post-pandemic travel. This discussion will include real-time information on where to travel, now and what should you plan differently than pre-Covid times. Once you know where you want to travel, then the panel will discuss what to pack for a perfect trip! The discussion will arm you with a lighter suitcase, less last-minute buying, and tips that you’ll take beyond your travel!

In this travel-focused talk, you'll hear:

- The travel must-knows as you plan your post-pandemic travel
- Common packing mistakes
- Capsule dressing tips for easier packing

About Joan Goodwin:

Joan Goodwin has been a travel advisor for almost 40 years. Her wealth of knowledge is priceless, as is her value to her clients. They depend on her advice, her experience, and her attention to detail whether a business trip, a weekend getaway, or an around the world adventure. By developing personal relationships with her clients, she is able to anticipate their needs, something that is not available with big-box agencies or online booking sources.

A native of Quincy, Illinois, Joan moved to Texas when just 19 to attend travel school and has never looked back. She is a graduate of the International Aviation and Travel Academy and earned her Certified Travel Consultant through The Institute of Certified Travel Consultants, now The Travel Institute. As a CTC, Joan is required to maintain proficiency through annual continuing education courses, keeping her on the cutting edge of the industry. Joan is an accomplished world traveler and brings first-hand knowledge to her clients.

Joan has been an integral part of Dallas Travel since 1995. Her areas of expertise include working with C-Suite and luxury travelers.

About Jo Dale Guzman:

Jo Dale Guzman is a cabi Stylist and fashion educator with a passion for helping ladies love the old and the new in their closets. As a cabi stylist, Jo Dale has direct access to a fashionable collection of clothes, jewelry and shoes that refresh twice a year. Cabi also provides Jo Dale seasonal training so she is always current on style and ideas so she can help clients decide what to wear, everywhere. Through her Closet Love service, Jo Dale and her clients find new and exciting outfits in her client's current closet and add the details and the accessories to make those outfits feel current. 
 
Jo Dale is also the Professional Development Manager at the Texas State Auditor's Office. In her current role, she oversees the training events for both the State Auditor's Office staff and open enrollment training that is attended by state and local auditors. Her areas of instruction include FranklinCovey's Leadership, 5 Choices, and Project Management as well as generational differences, the people side of project management, building trust, leading through change, and much, much more. In addition to training, Jo Dale is also on the hiring and onboarding team for incoming auditors. As the dress code policy advisor, she is frequently called upon to discuss uncomfortable situations with staff with regard to dress code and general office etiquette.
 
Jo Dale has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Edward's University and a Master's of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University-San Marcos. She has completed mediation training and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
