Did you know that most relationships end NOT because of money, lack of communication, trust issues, incompatibility, boredom or even differing values, but because of totally unrelated triggers we all have but might not be aware of?

Triggers are anything that sparks an unexpected emotional reaction, regardless of your current mood. They can present as intense, mildly annoying or something in between. They are why we can feel blindsided or as if one incident can ruin our whole day.

Understanding your triggers deepens your relationship with yourself and improves your relationships and experiences with others. You probably already know what triggers you, but becoming aware of “what” they are is only the first step. In this presentation, you'll have an opportunity to discover the “why” and see that being triggered is a gift that offers deep wisdom about who you really are.

Join Kimberly for a highly interactive presentation in which you will get to know yourself and your dot sisters on a whole new level.* The presentation will wind down with a guided healing meditation that will teach you how to transform and release your triggers, which you can use on your own again and again.

By the end of this presentation you will:

1. Understand more deeply why and how you get triggered.

2. See your triggers as the treasures they are and what's at stake if you're not aware of them.
