In this mini-workshop,  you will:

1) Discover what kind of listener you are and how you can improve your listening skills.

3) Learn tips and strategies for being a better communicator and a better listener.

4) Learn how to create better connections with prospects and clients.

5) Discover strategies for handling difficult clients.

6) Learn the art of listening deeply by practicing with a partner

As a mediator, Alice will coach participants on how to become better communicators and listeners. She will structure her presentation to be interactive, discussion-based and also present tools and tips on becoming better at communication, regardless of who you are speaking with.
