A former Jr. High Band Director, Jan began her business as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant with the hope of replacing her teaching salary and starting a family.  Mary Kay has allowed the Onstotts to follow Mark's Career Goals as a Swim Coach, moving them from Iowa, to Houston, to Chicago, and the Nashville where her husband was able to enjoy early retirement from his Coaching Career.    Jan has received numerous honors and awards in her 40 year journey, including 20 appearances in the National Court of Personal Sales, 20 FREE cars -  4 were the iconic Pink Cadillac, about to receive #5, and has led her team to $400,000 and more in yearly sales multiple times.  Last month, her team was honored as the #11 unit in the State of Tennessee!
