FRIDAY October 4 – Las Vegas Dot University –Topic: 4 Challenges Modern Parents Face

The Las Vegas Chapter of Polka Dot Powerhouse invites you to join us for Dot University during your lunch break.  We value knowledge and the ability to grow both personally and professionally.

Dot University will begin at Noon (PST) with an intro on Polka Dot Powerhouse and will allow all attendees time to introduce themselves in the Zoom Chat. After introductions, our Featured Training will provide 30-45 minutes of information for the group.

About our Speaker: Author and award-winning parent educator, Elisabeth Stitt is not only a mother herself, in 25 years she taught more than 3000 students. That means she has seen it all—all kinds of kids, all kinds of parents and all kinds of families. She believes 100% in an individual’s capacity for growth—whether that is the child learning new skills or the parent learning to be patient. She is highly creative about finding a solution that will work just right for your family.

Elisabeth’s book Parenting as a Second Language, came out of Elisabeth’s work coaching families one on one and out of the workshops she leads.

Tips to Make Your Experience Awesome:

• Plan to connect 5 minutes early, that way you have a chance to test your connection.
• Have a typed intro ready to paste into the chat. Sample – Your Name, Company and what you are excited to learn during the Dot University.
• Ask Questions in Chat during the Training.
• Save the Chat if using a non-mobile device. (Las Vegas Chapter Members, the chat will be saved and available in the Member’s Only Facebook Group.)

• The meeting will begin promptly at Noon PST
• Turn off phones, close programs that could distract you during the training.
