Our goal at Polka Dot Powerhouse is to connect the world's most positive, action-forward, drama-free business women.  We connect them to build relationship, collaborate and do business together. This is not your typical networking group, PDP is about making genuine connections with women that lift you up and want you to succeed. 

Our meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at Granite City from 11:30am-1:30pm, open networking starts at 11am so come early to mingle.  The cost of lunch is $20 and you pay upon arrival.

As an Independent Mary Kay Sales Director, Jan Onstott has been helping women put their BEST FACE FORWARD for almost 4 decades!

A former Jr. High Band Director, Jan began her business as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant with the hope of replacing her teaching salary and starting a family.  Mary Kay has allowed the Onstotts to follow Mark's Career Goals as a Swim Coach, moving them from Iowa, to Houston, to Chicago, and the Nashville where her husband was able to enjoy early retirement from his Coaching Career.    Jan has received numerous honors and awards in her 40 year journey, including 21 appearances in the National Court of Personal Sales, 21 FREE cars -  5 have been the iconic Pink Cadillac, and she led her team of 100 women to $400,000 and more in yearly sales multiple times.  Last month, her team was honored as the #10 unit in the State of Tennessee! Jan says, "I love our Polka Dot Powerhouse group because it allows me to share all the things I have LOVED about my Mary Kay Career with a SECOND sisterhood of support"!  

Style & Fashion Expert Catherine Miller is every woman’s fashion stylist

Catherine knows the business of being beautiful inside and out. Catherine Miller has always had a flare for Style!  Following in the footsteps of her mother, who was always the best dressed lady in the room, Catherine wanted to create an opportunity to help women develop their Personal Style with ease.   Mixing and matching what women wear with how they live their life, Catherine’s personal mission is to build your wardrobe over time through relationship building and trust!  

Taking the stress, inconvenience and frustration out of shopping Catherine’s clients find that no more driving to the city, the boutique, the department store or the mall is FABULOUS. Instead Catherine brings a designer collection to her client's home, or they may want to visit her home in Gallatin. 

As a style mentor, Catherine turned her love of shopping and style into an expansive  career spanning over 25 years of experience in the glamour industry as a Top Stylist and Merchandise  Manager for brands such as St. John, Ellen Tracy, Dana Buchman, Elie Tahari, Anne Klein, Donna Karen- Catherine knows what the modern-thinking woman wants– easygoing style that suits her individual needs, spiced with just the right amount of flip and wit.  Working with Catherine makes it quick and effortless for clients to enter her closet and put her outfit together for the day.  Building a wardrobe her clients can be proud of, and which shows the world around her that she values and prioritizes herself.  Having an efficient wardrobe makes such a positive impact on everyday life. Eliminating the stress and time factor of dressing to look good, feel great and be confident in your look, leaves you with more time to focus on other important aspects of your life.
