 We are facing an unprecedented amount of uncertainty in our lives right now, yet how we would normally stay centered in a time of chaos is the same as what we should strive to do now.  I am going to outline ten key mindsets for you to practice and adopt  to live a more centered life while staying positive and productive.  We can develop a role model mindset.  If we face this reality head on with a centered head and heart, others will follow.

***We will meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Please be on time.  We will start at 11:30 so please come 11:15 to be ready to start on time and so we can make sure we are out by 1:30 to respect everyone's time.  You may brown bag your lunch.  We just need to clean up after ourselves.
