Hi there!  We are so excited you are here! That's how you will feel when you attend a Polka Dot Powerhouse meeting! Excited!  I remember my first meeting and how different it was from so many other networking groups...It felt like home.

I love the beginning of the PDP mission statement.... We connect the world's most positive, action-forward amazing women. That sounds so great, doesn't it?  Well, it is!  But there is so much more!

The women at PDP are uplifters and support each other to grow every day. This is a safe place where you can find a group of friends, grow your business and collaborate with other businesswomen. But you don't have to have a business. We have lots of Dot Sisters that are just looking for the friendship and support aspect of the group. It's about connection first...and the business comes naturally. There's no competition (we believe in collaboration over competition) or drama here (we are the home of the No Drama Llama)! When you are part of the Dot sisterhood, you are greeted with an enthusiastic smile, a hug, and the feeling that you belong! It's a great place to be.

WHAT TO KNOW IN ADVANCE OF ATTENDING A MEETING:

Arrival: Log in to the Zoom 15 minutes early (the Zoom link will be provided the morning of the meeting)

Dress: It's Zoom, so anything that looks nice on top. We won't know if you are in your PJ Bottoms or not :)

Handouts: Because this is a Zoom, you will be able to put your information in the chat. We save the chat and send it to the attendees after (if you receive private chat information, you will need to save that.

Introductions:  Because we are a connection company first, we will be answering a personal question instead of giving our 30-60 second pitch. The more we know about you personally, the more we will want to connect on a deeper level. You will be able to announce new products and services during the portion of the agenda.

Polka Dot Powerhouse is different than other networking groups. Women join for an assortment of reasons or seasons in their life. Some come for personal relationships, and some for business. We have lots of overlapping and same company members.

Build relationships first! We believe in building connections and relationships first. This way, those looking to do business together will do so organically and naturally because people tend to do business with people they know, like, and trust.

Cancellations: Our meetings are usually registered for a full house with a waiting list. If for any reason you are not able to attend, we ask that you let Beth know as soon as possible so that we may be able to allow someone from the waitlist to attend.
