We are excited that our very own Sarah Masters will be speaking on personal safety.  Sarah is a dedicated professional with more than 14 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Agent, where she has built a reputation for guiding clients through important decisions with clarity, confidence. Her background in real estate has reinforced her belief that true peace of mind begins with being informed, prepared, and empowered. That same passion for safety and education led Sarah to expand her expertise into firearms training through Cadence Defense, an organization she helped develop to provide high-quality personal and firearms safety instruction. As a USCCA Certified Instructor and NRA Range Safety Officer, she brings professionalism, structure, and a calm, approachable teaching style to every course.

Sarah offers training for all experience levels — from foundational handgun handling to advanced skills, including Concealed Carry permit courses. Her goal is to ensure each student feels confident, capable, and supported throughout their learning experience. With a strong commitment to safety, and a genuine passion for helping others, Sarah is proud to provide trusted, responsible, and effective training to her community through Cadence Defense.
