Our speaker Victoria has over 30 years experience in the Corporate and Association world. She works full time in Oakland with CWEA working with the Board os Directors and planning events. She previously worked in the Design field with major corporations in San Francisco. Her passions are creative endeavors, travel, and looking at beauty and design in everyday life. She loves travel, family, meeting people, connecting with friends and family, fabric collage, painting, cooking, and photography.

She is grateful for her husband, Michael, who encourages her, and lightens her up with his wit, wisdom, and art. Her parents, who equipped her with a strong work ethic, manners, and fashion style.  Her three children John, Morgan and Lauren who are constant reminders of unconditional love and laughter.

Our speaker Cherie Mayberry is a Bay Area native. She has been a former corporate professional in law firms for over  twenty years. She left that world to become a full-time real estate investor and educator.                Cherie is blessed to be working with some amazing coaches and mentors who have generated over $70 million in transactions and investments and who was featured HGTV.  She focuses on building her portfolio of short-term and long- term rentals.

Cherie and her business partner, Licensed General Contractor, Nicky Hosey are dedicated to educating people in  investing while flipping and fixing at least 40 properties in 2023.
