In this enlightening talk, Ella will shed a light on what it takes to run a startup company and to help you understand how to make conscious business decisions.

Ella has a diverse background with experience in marketing, venture capital, and administrative roles. In my last role as the Head of Marketing Campaign at the Vibranium Venture Capital Softlanding Program, I led a successful campaign to help B2B SaaS companies relocate and grow in the US while attracting investments. Previously, I served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Vibranium Venture Capital, where I contributed to strategic marketing initiatives. I also spent several years at Global Venture Alliance as Chief Operating Officer and shifted to marketing, PR, and scouting. Also I worked in different startups and consulting firms.
