Value-Driven Healthy Boundaries

Value-Driven Healthy Boundaries
Healthy boundaries enable us to say strong “No’s” in order to empower us to say life-giving “Yes’s.” How clearly defined core values can help us set healthy, no-guilt boundaries.
What are three takeaways we can expect to learn?
1. What a healthy boundary looks like
2. How to define core values
3. Managing my boundaries and growing into my core values
