Welcome to our Montgomeryville Polka Dot Powerhouse Chapter meeting! 

Doors will open at 11:15am so plan to come early if you want extra time for connecting.

Our agenda includes:

1.    Polka Dot Powerhouse Company and Chapter Important Information and Updates

2.    Introductions and Celebrations.  We are so excited to get to know you.  Be prepared to introduce yourself and share a recent celebration (personal or professional).  Each guest will have 60 seconds to share.

3.    Collaborations.  We want to know what dots you have been connecting and collaborating with.  

4.    Sales and Events.  Do you have a special event or sale you want us to know about?

5.    Ask.  We are here to support each other.  Do you have a need that we can help with?  Let us know so we can help or point you in the direction of someone who might.

6.    Speaker.  Be sure to have paper and pen ready for the awesome information that will be shared.

7.    Connections: We connect women!  This is the core of what we do, connecting to get to know each other on a deeper level.

This month our guest speaker is Dr. Jen Kostacos.  Dr. Jen will educate us about our breast health.  This is a perfect chance for us all to remember our yearly mammograms are important while leading up to Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Don't miss this chance to learn how and what we can do to protect ourselves. 

Dr. Jen will cover topics regarding: 

• What is breast density and what are the implications,
• What screening options are there and how is that affected by breast density, family history, etc.
• What is breast cancer risk assessment and how is it used.
• What are some lifestyle changes we can make to reduce our risk of breast cancer.
