Michelle Von Ruden will be our speaker in May.  She’s from the Eau Claire chapter. 

Michelle's career path is notably impressive, spanning over 15 years of outstanding work in developing people, managing finances, and operations. Her skills were further honed by earning an MBA focused on Leadership from the University of Kansas, enhancing her ability to lead effectively in the business world. Recently, Michelle took a significant step by becoming a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, &  Trainer, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and her passion for helping others grow into successful leaders themselves.

Developing the Leader Within You: The 5 levels of leadership, how to prioritize your day, and character.
 
As women, we are in a unique leadership position. We first have to lead ourselves so we can lead and develop others. Having a title doesn't make you a leader, having influence does. As members of Polka Dot Powerhouse, we are all influential in our own right. This presentation will help us recognize areas of growth and prioritization.

5 Hybrid spots are available to visiting members or chapter members unable to attend in person. 

No event fee for members, non-members may attend one time to check out the Dots.
