We’re thrilled to have our own Lisa MacDonald, founder of Align Therapeutics, to share her transformative talk, “The Power of Posture & Breath.”

Lisa brings over 25 years of experience in women’s health physical therapy, blending her expertise as a Biomagnetic Pair Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master. Her passion lies in empowering women to reconnect with their bodies — using posture and breath as simple, accessible tools to enhance energy, reduce stress, and support healing from the inside out.

In her session, Lisa will guide us through a few gentle, research-backed techniques that demonstrate just how powerfully posture and breath influence the nervous, immune, and endocrine systems. Attendees will leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and equipped with everyday tools to boost both physical and emotional well-being.
