Meet our featured speaker - Kate Jay!

Kate Jay is a Functional Nutritional Therapist and Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach, originally from the UK but now living in Vancouver Canada. Her passion is working with people who have autoimmune disease and other chronic issues, who are looking to bring down inflammation, reverse symptoms and manage their condition with diet and lifestyle as medicine. 

As well as working 1:1, Kate runs small group programs, educating about nutrition and supporting people off sugar so they can enjoy a life full of energy and vitality, that’s free from cravings and food fear.

Kate also runs virtual cooking classes that focus on the anti-inflammatory recipes that she writes herself, and publishes on her blog www.healingfamilyeats.com.

Kate works online with clients who are based all around the globe.
