Gina Coviello is a self love coach, blogger, author and speaker who delivers a powerful and passionate message about the  importance of establishing a solid foundation of self love.

Gina was a woman who was drowning in self-loathing for the first 50 years+ of her life and felt empty and alone in the world.

Through hitting  her own personal rock bottom, she recognized she deserved so much better than she had received from life at that point. She felt the need to reset her life in every aspect. She made a deliberate choice to walk away  from an unfulfilling  career and unhealthy relationships and to focus entirely on her own needs and wants and to rediscover who she truly was. 

She embarked on a journey of  choosing herself over others  and embracing  self-love practices every single day.

As a result she is living a happier and more authentic life surrounded by and supportive community and embarking on a new career path that is deeply meaningful to her.

Gina's mission in life is to help and heal others in the same way she healed herself by empowering  and inspiring people to embrace life long self love so they truly can find their own joy and fulfillment in life.
