Over the past 22 years, Jana has had the privilege of helping over 300 individuals, couples, and families achieve their goal of owning real estate. As a Certified Mortgage Advisor ®, Jana studies aspects of the economy and financial markets, elevating her level of mortgage knowledge within the lending community. Jana believes there is no “cookie-cutter” answer for what is the best loan. While rate and upfront costs are what most loan officers and borrowers focus on, Jana approaches each client’s mortgage needs individually.

She understands each will have their unique circumstances and objectives ranging from savings goals to Cash flow, plans to grow their family, future college considerations, retirement planning, and eventually long-term or elder care for themselves or a family member. Meaningful conversations around these objectives help us more appropriately determine the most suitable loan structure and pricing for their specific goals and objectives.

Jana’s unique approach and a heightened level of mortgage knowledge combined with her natural ability to connect with people make her THE resource for her customers, referral partners, and the community.

Personal:

Jana lives in Pacifica, California, with her husband Dave Lane and their fur baby Rocky (12). She enjoys quiet time, gardening, and long walks or road trips.  She loves good food, good wine, and good friends and favors hosting dinners and parties at her home over going out.
