Myriam Martinez is a Self-Leadership Coach for Midlife Women, Creativity Mentor, Speaker & Trainer. She helps women on the midlife journey discover their WILD and supports them around issues of stress, self-inadequacy, & self-identity. She gently guides women on their path to self-discovery, building confidence and prioritizing their own needs so that they can feel empowered to take on whatever life may bring and feel in charge of their own lives. Her nearly 20 years’ experience in the mental health field as a licensed therapist and registered art therapist informs her coaching work with women and ensures the strongest ethical standards in her work with clients. Myriam brings humor, kindness, accountability, and compassion into her passion work with women in midlife to ensure that her clients feel safe, supported, and seen.

Myriam currently works with mid-life disruptors who are ready to change their inner narrative, quite the negative chatter once and for all, and live an empowered, confident WILD Woman life.

Originally from Panama, Myriam brings her experiences as an immigrant navigating between two different worlds into her work, empowering women to take ownership of their story and design their lives based on what ignites and nourishes them.

She lives in Northern California and is married with two teens and two fur babies. She enjoys getting out in nature, art and creativity, reading, and having deep and meaningful conversations.
