Cris Alsum is a Certified Organizing Specialist, ICF-trained coach, author of Lighten the Load, and the creator of the Lighten the Load Project. For the past 5 years she has been helping women declutter, downsize and find relief in the process. She brings 30 years of experience in business administration to her work along with a coaching style her clients describe as warm, direct and completely judgement-free.
