Sara will share insight into colon health, including the role of colon hydrotherapy and its benefits. She will also introduce electro-lymphatic therapy, how it works within the body, and the role it plays in supporting overall wellness.

This conversation focuses on understanding how internal systems work together and how supporting those systems can impact energy, health, and overall well-being.

Our meetings are filling again, which we love, and that also means waitlists are back.

Your cost will depend on what you order, typically $20–$30

We meet in the private meeting room at Seasons

🚗 Parking & Entry
Street parking is available with a two-hour limit near the restaurant
If you park north of Indiana Ave, those street spaces do not have a time limit

You can also use the paid parking garage on Coeur d’Alene Ave between 3rd and 4th (about a block and a half away)

Give yourself a little extra time to park and walk in so you are not rushed

Sara is a native of North Idaho, with over 20 years of experience in the dental field,
and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2010.

After a lifetime of gut-related challenges, she discovered Colon Hydrotherapy—
a transformative experience that reshaped her health
and expanded her professional calling.

She combines her clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the oral-systemic connection,
offering an integrative approach that includes Colon Hydrotherapy,
Electro-Lymphatic Therapy, and nutritional support
to help clients heal from the inside out.

Sara is certified by the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy,
credentialed by the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy,
a Certified Electro-Lymphatic Therapist,
and a Certified Nutritional Therapist.

In addition to her clinical work, Sara is a cabi Stylist,
creating fun shopping experiences that help women feel confident and beautiful.
She believes personal style is an extension of wellness—
because true confidence begins within and radiates outward.
