Topic: A New Face in Holistic Health

Description: Discover who your really are! Your faces reflects your life experiences, health indicators and personality. Learning a little about your own face is a wonderful tool for your holistic health plan and is a great tool in transformative healing. Learning a little how to read others’ faces can help you connect and communicate with the personal and professional people in your world.

What attendees can expect to learn: Learn about the 9 face shapes and the corresponding personality and health indicators for each.

Speaker Bio: 

Sherilyn Long is a Master Herbalist, Life Coach, and Massage Therapist and owner of Idaho Therapeutic Massage, located in Hayden! In her practice, Sherilyn offers herbal therapeutic massage, herbal consulting, hypnotherapy and coaching services for chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions. She is a "hopeless optimist" who believes that healing IS possible. Sherilyn and her husband, Tim, are publishers of 2 local publications—Hayden Lake Neighbors and Lake Coeur d’Alene Neighbors magazines. Sherilyn teaches monthly herbal classes and is currently working on her first book. Her favorite edible herb is the bristly burdock and her favorite tree is the Ponderosa pine.
