Please arrive on time. The meeting is from 6:30 to 8:30 pm EST.  Doors open at 6:00 pm EST for mingling and networking.

We’re excited to welcome Kristen Herlihy, a visiting Dot sister from our Merrimack Valley chapter, as our featured speaker. Kristen is a licensed psychotherapist (LICSW) and certified health coach, and the founder of Refine from Within, where she helps women over 40 simplify wellness and reclaim their confidence.

In her presentation, Your Menopause Blueprint, Kristen addresses a topic many women find frustratingly unsupported. She’ll explain why menopause symptoms are often dismissed, what’s really happening hormonally, and how to better advocate for yourself in medical settings. You’ll learn how to ask the right questions, find providers who truly understand menopause, and feel more confident navigating next steps.

You’ll leave with clarity, validation, practical strategies you can use right away—and a Menopause Advocacy Cheatsheet to support you beyond the session.
