Our meetings are structured, upbeat, and welcoming — with intentional space for both connection and community.

We celebrate all wins — big and small — personal and professional.

This includes:

• Welcoming guests

• Recognizing new and renewing members

• Pin presentations

This is one of the most joyful parts of our meetings!

🤝 Collaborations & Connects (or Connection Activity)

Members may share recent DOT Sister collaborations or connections, both locally and globally.

Some months, this is replaced with a guided connection activity designed to help members build deeper relationships.

🎤 Featured Speaker (20 Minutes)

Each month features a speaker and topic that supports personal growth, business development, or community connection.

Topics vary and are always relevant, practical, and empowering.
