📋 Meeting Flow & Etiquette Start Time: Meetings begin promptly at 11:30 AM and run for about 2 hours. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for casual mingling.

Materials Table: Share your business cards, flyers, or promotions on our designated table—feel free to browse, but we don’t pass materials during the meeting.

Mindset: Leave your “networking” hat at the door and bring your “connection” heart! We focus on genuine relationships, not just transactions.
