York, PA Chapter February Wed Luncheon

Our goal at Polka Dot Powerhouse is to connect the world's most positive, action-forward business women.  We connect them to build relationships, collaborate and do business together. This is not your typical networking group, PDP is about making genuine connections with women that lift you up and want you to succeed. 

The cost to attend the meeting is $20 paid with cash or credit card.  You will be asked to pay upon arrival.

We have all been taught signs and symptoms of a heart attack, BUT we have never been taught that statistically, we women have TOTALLY different symptoms then we’ve been taught! More women DIE in the first two hours, from the onset of the actual heart attack than our men because we statistically do not have the common signs and symptoms, therefore we ignore the symptoms, and do not seek treatment. I will give simple, easy to follow instructions, helpful hints, what to keep in your medicine cabinet and carry in your purse. I will talk about the importance of Estrogen, how losing this vital hormone affects our health. I will explain the importance of what Estrogen does and why we need to hold onto it as long as we can.

 This will be a “MUST ATTEND” meeting for every woman in the York,PA Chapter!
