March Lunch Connect

The Haverhill Area Chapter of Polka Dot Powerhouse is the 10th chapter to open in New England and the 6th in Massachusetts.

We are a connection company comprised of many positive and supportive women who empower each other, cheer each other on, and encourage each other to reach our personal and professional goals.

Our community is full of positive, powerful, dynamic, fun, easy-going women. We are looking for like-minded women who want to make great connections and learn from each other and our guest speakers. Members in Polka Dot are about 40% entrepreneurs, 40% direct marketing saleswomen, and 20% are women in careers or stay-at home moms.

All are welcome to our chapter!

When you join Polka Dot Powerhouse you have access to specialists locally and internationally. We believe in abundance and are happy to have people from the same industry as members of our chapter.

Our chapter meetings will generally be on the first Wednesday of the month, 11:300-1:30pm. All meetings are at The 110 Grill in Haverhill.

You must register to reserve a seat - payment of $23 is all-inclusive for the meal, tax, tip and is payable at the restaurant. The meeting will start promptly at 11:30.

Seating is limited so sign up today!

In addition to the chapter meetings, we will have socials, coffee connects, and pop-up events. If you are looking for a tribe of women - look no further!

We welcome new members and guests (1 time) to our meetings and you can register below. If you want to learn more about Polka Dot Powerhouse and our local chapter, please be in touch with our Managing Director, Dena Kowalczyk at This email address is being protected from spambots. Speaker: Nina Manolson

Nina has been working with women and their relationship with their body for over 25 years. She specializes in helping smart women who have tried many ways of feeling good in their body, and are still challenged to make truly nourishing choices happen consistently and sustainably in their full lives.

Nina’s passion stems from her own personal struggle with weight, body image and overeating. Nina’s journey to reclaiming her body and health, despite numerous challenges, has led to her deep commitment to help women reclaim their primary home – their body.

Presentation Description:

It’s exhausting to always be at war with your body and food. Explore a non-diet approach to a positive, compassionate respectful and nourishing relationship with these elements. This highly interactive workshop is for savvy women who want a sustainable path to feeling at home in their own skin.

The purpose of this presentation is to support women to step out of the painful cycle of body shame and blame and diets and into a positive and compassionate relationship with their body and food.

  • The most important relationship in your life is the one that you have with yourself.
  • Dieting doesn’t work.
  • There is a do-able path to feeling truly at home in your body.
