Welcome to the Capital Region Chapter of Polka Dot Powerhouse! 

At the Capital Region Chapter of Polka Dot Powerhouse, connection isn't just a word - - it's a way of life! We are more than a networking group; we are a sisterhood of women who believe in lifting each other higher, celebrating one another's successes, and standing strong together through life's challenges. 

When you walk into a Capital Region Dot meeting, you will feel the energy. Warm smiles, open hearts, and women eager to connect in meaningful ways. What can you expect at our Monthly Connection Meetings?

Our connection meetings are all about connection and sharing of celebrations, collaborations, and upcoming events. We leave the drama at the door and invite you to a room full of positive energy when we meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Capital Blue Cross Building. There are no industry restrictions (abundance mindset!), and no attendance or referral requirements.  

The agenda for our meetings includes:  

 Introduction – 30 sec for you to introduce yourself 

  • Celebrations – personal or professional
  • Collaborations – who collaborated/did business together
  • New Products, Services and Events
  • Referral Needs/The Ask
  • Speaker or Connection Activity 
  • Chapter/Company News
  • Connect Drawing
  • Close
