In honor of 🎀Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are so blessed to have our very own Jamie Vaughn presenting breast health education.  Whether you are of screening age, and especially if you are not or are male, it is important for all of us to be doing monthly breast self-exams and know the 12 signs of breast cancer.  Breast cancer diagnoses for younger women and men are on the rise, and knowing what to look for is important in order to advocate for yourself or someone you love should you find something that does not look normal, because breast cancer is no longer a middle-aged woman's disease.  

As a breast cancer survivor and longtime educator, Jamie turned her own experience into a mission to help others become more informed and confident advocates for their breast health.  Jamie is the founder and president of Test Those Breasts, Inc.®, a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing accessible, evidence-based breast health education that helps people recognize warning signs, understand their risk, and advocate for earlier detection, before a diagnosis ever occurs.  Through Test Those Breasts®, she brings practical breast health education into communities and conversations where it can make a difference.  Jamie is also a Global Partner with Know Your Lemons®, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to breast health education and incorporates the Know Your Lemons® evidence-based breast health curriculum into the education she provides through Test Those Breasts®.
