In this talk, Christine breaks down why conversations sometimes feel easy — and other times feel frustrating or misunderstood — and what’s really happening beneath the surface.

Members will leave with simple, practical insights they can use immediately to communicate with more clarity, confidence, and connection in business and in everyday life.
