Topic: Your Business Isn’t the Only Thing That Needs Leadership: Bringing Your Best Leadership Home
 - Women entrepreneurs spend so much time learning how to lead, communicate, solve problems, and build successful businesses. But sometimes, those same skills can feel a whole lot harder to use when we get home—especially when it comes to our kids. In this presentation, I’ll talk about how emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, connection, and consistency can change the way we lead our families. With more than 30 years of experience working with families, including 15 years with CPS, I’ve seen firsthand how small changes in the way we respond can make a big difference at home. My goal is for women to walk away with simple, practical tools they can actually use—how to respond instead of react, set boundaries without feeling guilty, and stay connected to their kids even when parenting gets hard.

We follow a thoughtful and engaging agenda designed to create connection and honor everyone’s time. Please arrive early to order lunch and plan to stay for the full experience.
