🏡Lynne King and Jill Blessing-Bonnet will be presenting Common Lending and Real Estate Myths, clearing up some of the most common - and sometimes costly - myths surrounding home buying, selling, and financing.  Together, they bring more than 50 years of combined experience, plenty of real-world insight, and a shared commitment to helping people make confident, informed decisions.

• Lynne King is a Realtor with 21 years of industry experience and has called Northern Nevada home for 32 years.  She knows Reno-Tahoe, loves Reno-Tahoe, and is pretty sure she could give you directions around the area with her eyes closed.   After more than two decades in real estate, Lynne has learned a few things: contracts matter, communication matters, and sometimes you just have to laugh when a house decides to surprise everyone at the eleventh hour.  She takes her clients, her business, and their biggest investments very seriously.  Herself?  Not nearly as much.  Life is too short not to have a little fun along the way.  Lynne is happiest somewhere between the mountains, Lake Tahoe, a campsite, and a good glass of wine with the people she loves.  And, with a husband, five kids and two dogs, Lynne has absolutely zero chance of ever having a quiet house! 
• Jill Blessing-Bonnet is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Gateway Mortgage who brings more than 30 years of mortgage lending experience to the conversation. She is dedicated to helping homebuyers and homeowners confidently navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.  Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and exceptional service, Jill believes every client deserves to understand their options and feel confident throughout the lending process. She works with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, veterans, homeowners seeking to refinance, and borrowers with unique financial situations—always taking the time to find the right loan, not simply the quickest one.
