Virtual Summit Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your Virtual Summit ticket, the current attendee must notify Polka Dot Powerhouse no later than 50 days prior to the event date by completing the form located here: https://www.polkadotpowerhouse.com/event-cancellation-refund-form
Please include the name used at registration, along with the email and home chapter provided at sign-up.
Refunds vary depending on your original payment method, including whether you used a payment plan.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- 100% – cancellations made 90-30 days prior
- 0% – cancellations made less than 30 days prior
A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
All refunds are issued via the platform it was received; please ensure your information on that platform is current.
Important: If you purchased your ticket using a payment-plan service (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay, or similar), your refund may be processed according to that service’s refund timelines, rules, and policies. Please review their terms, as they may affect when, how, or how much of a refund you are eligible to receive.
No transfers are allowed on any type of Celebration ticket.
Ticket Transfers
To keep things consistent for all attendees, ticket transfers are not permitted for the Virtual Summit.
Event Cancellation by Organizers
Should unforeseen circumstances require the organizers to cancel the Virtual Summit, we reserve the right to do so. Refunds will be issued as appropriate based on the type of original ticket purchase.
Photography, Audio, and Video Recording/Use
By attending the Virtual Summit, you grant Polka Dot Powerhouse permission to use screenshots, audio, and video that include your likeness for future marketing and promotional materials.
General Event Liability Waiver
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Polka Dot Powerhouse, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, illness, or expense sustained by you or your guests in connection with attendance or participation, except where prohibited by law. You assume full responsibility for your personal safety, belongings, and conduct during all event activities.
