Description: Most people focus on their "finish line" - whether it is the actual finish line of a race, a number on the scale, a revenue goal, that book they want to publish, a relationship they desire, or any number of great aspirations. Those finish lines are great, but only temporary. Studies have shown that you
get more satisfaction in the pursuit of a dream than in the actual achievement of it. In 2014, I weighed over 300 lbs. I felt so discouraged and had trouble walking.
In 2016 I crossed the finish line of the Air Force Marathon 10k having lost 137 lbs. I will share 4 things that helped me transform my life. These same things
can help you win in your life and business, too.
