Paige Wiscombe is an Idaho native who originally moved to Boise to attend Boise State University — and ended up building both her career and community here. She is the State Director of the Idaho Women's Business Center under Business Impact NW, where she helps entrepreneurs across Idaho start, grow, and strengthen their businesses through coaching, education, and connection.

Known for her people-first approach, Paige has spent years bringing communities together through business development, nonprofit leadership, and events ranging from small mentoring circles to conferences with hundreds of attendees. Outside of work, she loves traveling the world, fitness, and spending time in the outdoors. She lives in Kuna with her partner, Jahil, his son Xzander, and their two dogs, Emerson and Titan. Paige is passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and confident enough to chase big goals.
