Topic: What stress does to the body and the positive impact meditation has on stress. Brandi will be giving you some tools and techniques to help lower stress and find the stillness and silence that rests within.
Bio: Brandi has been in Idaho since 1996 and moved to Arizona for a few years, which is where she met her hubba bubba (Matt). They love to cook, enjoy nature and hang out with our furbabies. Her adult daughter lives a block away with her hubby and her grand dogs. Brandi is a Certified Master of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher and completed her Advanced training in May of 2023.
