You must register in advance to be included on our roster. Your first meeting is complimentary to find out if our style of connecting fits with your style of finding connections. 

This meeting is from 12:00 pm to 1:30pm with a pre-planned agenda to ensure the best use of everyone's time, so please plan your schedule to allow you to stay for the entire time.  

Due to the  Covid restrictions of Sonoma County, our meetings will be held on ZOOM until we are able to return to the Swiss Hotel Restaurant.

Topic: Making the Mirror Your Friend - The lens at which you see yourself.

Can you look in the mirror, naked, and completely accept what you see? Most people cannot do that. We tend to then nit pick at every single imperfection. And our inside voice is so loud and so negative that we cannot even accept compliments. Why is that? I will tell you why along with a couple tips and challenges to utilize going forward. No you may not be able to look at yourself now, doing these simple exercises, will set you on the path to get there.
