I’ll break down the basics of saving, growing and protecting your money, planning for the future, and understanding your Medicare options. My goal is to simplify these often-overwhelming topics so you can ask the right questions and make informed, confident decisions about your money, healthcare, and future.

Bonnie’s passion for financial education was born from her own journey. In 2020, as her marriage was coming to an end, she suddenly found herself cut off from the family finances and responsible for rebuilding her financial future. As she learned how money works, she realized countless women were in the same position—without the financial foundation needed to confidently make decisions for themselves and their families. What felt like rock bottom became a pathway to purpose and inspired EmpowerHER, where Bonnie now helps women understand their money, take responsibility for their financial future, and create practical steps toward the life they want.

A lifelong educator, nurturer, and caregiver, Bonnie brings that same education-first philosophy to Medicare. Through financial education and Medicare Made Simple, she helps simplify topics like budgeting, saving, debt, retirement, protection, legacy planning, and Medicare so people can understand their options and ask the right questions before making important decisions. Her philosophy is simple: education creates the foundation; confidence empowers the decision. Guided by her faith, integrity, and heart for service, Bonnie’s goal is never simply to tell someone what to do, but to equip them with knowledge so they can make informed decisions that serve their health, finances, family, and future.

Outside of her work, Bonnie is a single mom of four and engaged to be married, creating a beautifully big blended family of eight children. She calls the Half Moon Bay area of the California coast home, where she’s an avid sunset chaser who loves beach walks, running the ocean stairs, working out, dancing, traveling, and finding her next adventure. Above all, Bonnie is fueled by faith, love, joy, and service and a genuine desire to leave people better than she found them.
