It’s about identity-level transformation and self-trust in motion - creating from who you are, not who you’ve been told to be.

Context: Something that breaks my heart is how many women hold themselves back for all SORTS of reasons and I think of all the impacts that never see the light of day because of that. I blend my 3+ decades as a strategic project manager with my own personal transformation from the inside out to help women make their dreams a reality - from starting non-profits to writing the book to everything in-between.

1. Sneaky ways resistance (i.e. self-protection) shows up - how to notice and what you can do to move through it.
