Nancy Castelli, the founder and CEO of BALANCE Organizing, has been helping clients get organized for over 15 years. Her experience includes project management and motivational speaking with her former career in high tech. Nancy launched BALANCE Organizing Services Inc. in 2006.

Nancy provides organizing services to eliminate clutter through one on one-on-one consultations, team-based organizing for big jobs and motivational speaking. Her clients include entrepreneurs, parents, professionals, families and even business organizing. She is an active member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing professionals). Her practice reflects Nancy’s passion for planet sustainability and on her watch, clients learn to refuse, reduce, reuse, repurpose, recycle and eliminate landfill.

Nancy has been quoted in The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, the San Francisco Examiner and in online forums worldwide. She co-wrote the book “Get Organized Today” with several of her Organizer Peers. Nancy lives and works out of offices in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, the City she has called home for over 20 years.
