We have a new location!  We will be meeting at Rustic Brush, 2065 Summer Lee Dr, Suite 101, Rockwall, Texas, 75032. 

Polka Dot Powerhouse is all about making connections and creating authentic relationships with women who are ready to encourage you and cheer you on. The Rockwall Area Chapter is a little over a year old, and we are excited to build a community of positive, no drama, abundance minded women. A great place to begin is at our monthly meetings. You are welcome to attend one meeting as a guest to see for yourself what it is all about. We would love to meet you!

Speaker: April Chilcoat - Get Movitated not Overwhelmed to be a Healthier You!

Our speaker for May is April Chilcoat. Come join us and get motivated to improve your health from someone who loves helping others become more physically fit. April has been a group fitness instructor, a HIIT coach for over 4 years, and been teaching yoga for over 2 years. She loves ALL things fitness and helping her students through their fitness journey. In addition to yoga she also teaches Hot Body Sculpt, Hot Pilates, Cardiokickboxing, Kickbox/Sculpt Fusion, Booty Bands, Step-Aerobics, step/Sculpt Fusion, and Silver Sneakers. She also does personal at home training.

She is also a busy wife and mom so she understands how challenging it can be to live a consistently healthy lifestyle. April loves to support small businesses as she has launched two of her own. Her first one, called Sew Chill, was a children’s clothing line. Her second is Happy Glute, her very own line of fabric booty bands which she designed and uses in her classes.
