Polka Dot Powerhouse is all about making connections and creating authentic relationships with women who are ready to encourage you and cheer you on. The Rockwall Area Chapter is a little over a year old, and we are excited to build a community of positive, no drama, abundance minded women. A great place to begin is at our monthly meetings. You are welcome to attend one meeting as a guest to see for yourself what it is all about. We would love to meet you!

Join us from 6:30pm CST-8:30pm CST. You will be sent a zoom link the day of the meeting.

With a degree in Home Economic and over 32 years as a wife and being a mom, Cheryl has lots of experience in the kitchen. Then over the last 5 years she has been a Weight Watchers coach which brought her to planning and preparing healthy meals. The lifestyle she lives can be adopted by anyone with a few simple adjustments. Cheryl says that a little thought and planning can go a long way and make weeknight dinners a breeze. She will share tips, tricks, and tools to make healthy meal prep work for you.
