Our speaker this month is Liza Lomax who is the owner of Love Your Body Coaching.  Her topic is “Making The Mirror Your Friend.”  What you will learn from Liza’s presentation is tips and a challenge to utilize going forward, something about yourself that you may have not known before and help to send you on the path of loving yourself even if you are naked in the mirror.

Liza Lomax is a Body Image Coach, Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist and Speaker.  Liza helps women who have yo-yo'd with their weight, who have tried every diet fad and are still not happy with their reflection in the mirror and heal their relationship with food and their bodies. This meeting is a hybrid meeting (both virtual & in-person) with a limit of 5 for in-person (due to Pierce County being in Phase 2 at the time this was posted).  In-person must send a request to get on the list via This email address is being protected from spambots.
