Placer County, CA SPECIAL EVENT!  ** Different Time **

Holiday Party Potluck, Gift Exchange & Guest Open House In Person Dec 19th (Special Event, 12-3pm PST) 

Location: A member's community Clubhouse in Sacramento, CA. Address is 2245 Orchard Lane, Sacramento, CA 95833.

We're in a private room so we can Celebrate big time!

No fee to "attend" as a member if you bring a dish or drinks to share for the potluck, otherwise please contribute $10 to the room rental. We are doing a potluck at this event so everyone is able to bring whatever food/drinks they would like or want to eat. We always have tons of food for potlucks so don't feel obligated to bring anything. 

Guests it's just $10 to attend this event. We will email you a link or you can Venmo or do cash at the door. The tables will be set up in groups of 4-8 and we’ll have room for mingling around too and a Marketing Table to put flyers on if you have something to share, please limit it to one thing. 

We will also have a place set up for photos and fun stuff to wear in photos so you can take a ton of selfies or we can all take pics of each other. 

Here’s the “loose” agenda:

• 12-12:30 - Arrive and mingle, grab a drink, take some photos and put your gift on the gift table. Then grab food.
• 12:30-1:00 - Everyone gets to introduce themselves and what they’re celebrating right now (and who you are, what you do, what you’re passionate about)
• 1:00-1:10 - Quick announcements and Inspire award, plus passing of the connect slips so you can set up follow up calls or coffees with women you want to get to know better.
• 1:10-2:50 - A very efficient gift exchange! You bring a GIFT THAT YOU WANT, not a gag/joke gift, valued at $20, wrapped. (gift cards allowed, please still wrap to some extent. ONLY 2 Steals to keep it shorter.

Dress: However you want to show up! You can dress up, come casual in jeans or come in your favorite ugly sweater - we won’t judge you either way! Polka Dot is always a come as you are, accept you as you are type of place. 

(And finally, if you are worried about bringing food or a gift, or paying $10, and /or are experiencing a financial hardship and maybe won’t show up due to this, please reach out to me so I can make sure we can accommodate you. We want to include everyone in everything. There are members who are bringing extra "gifts" for the gift exchange so that everyone will get one regardless if you bring one or not. PLEASE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THIS and come regardless, it will be fun and we want you there to celebrate the season with you!)
