She blends experience as a Human Resources executive, with years as a business coach, therapist and energy worker, to guide women on a mission to pinpoint what’s truly important to them, so they live with “juicy aliveness”. After years of personal and academic research, with an advanced degree in Psychology, she’s proven that tapping into your heart & body's wisdom creates everyday miracles.

 

When not coaching, speaking and writing, Carrie enjoys spending time hiking and biking in the redwoods along the Central Coast of California. She and her husband, Ken, also enjoy sailing and visiting friends & family far and wide. She especially treasures time with her kids, Christopher, Jeremy and Makayla and fur-babies- Pearl, Juniper and Willow.
